This package includes:
- Round Backdrop Stand
- Round Organic Balloon Garland w/ Fern and Flowers at the bottom

- Celebrant Decal Name on the Plinth
- 2 Character Standees or Big 3D Numbers
- 2 Acrylic LED lighted plinths (for the cakes)
- Backdrop LED lightings for effect
- Spot lights NOT included (see optional item)- Includes setup and after event pack-down
Note: Baby box w/ filled balloons has been discontinued and has been replaced w/ wooden design baby box.
Customer to allow setup time at least 2 hours before the event starts, and at least one hour after event for pack-down.
$30 Travel surcharge applies for East Auckland Venues
$45 Travel surcharge for Central and South Auckland
$60 Travel surcharge for Northshore and West Auckland
This includes to-and-fro on site delivery and collection/pick-up after the event.
Optional Items:
Two (2) Spot Lightings for enhanced brightness, extra $65.
ELEGANT PARTY PACKAGE
Above order is for indoor venues, within Auckland Metro area only.
Allows up to three (3) hours of "actual" party event (at no extra cost), surcharge $30 per hour after each succeeding hours for manpower standby.
Allows only for Ground/Parking level venues with vehicle access. Manpower surcharge of $90 for venues at the upper/lower levels of an establishment that would require us to take the stairs or lift for access. Customer will need to allow an extra hour of setup time to accommodate this option.
Allows late night events up to 9PM latest (at no extra cost), surcharge $30 per hour after each succeeding hours for manpower standby.
Clearing of the balloons after pack-down is not included. We can help to pop the balloons but not the clearing of it. Optional service $25 if you wish us to do this for you.
Numbers of 3D letters standees as per allowed in the package. Extra $15 per letter applies for each succeeding letters.
Number of Themed Character standees as per allowed in the package. Extra $25 for each succeeding character standee applies.
A valid ID (i.e. drive license, passport) must be sighted for record purposes as a bond, upon completion of the setup on the day of the event.
Venue cleaning after the event is not included.
Booking for your party event is essential. To avoid possible disappointments, it is highly recommended to first check with us that your event date and preferred theme are both available, before making any bookings.
